We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. You can return your item to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Returns
You have the right to return any product purchased from Scandic Choice within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Important Note: Opened consumable products and hygiene-related items cannot be returned after they have been opened due to health and safety regulations.
Create a Return:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our support team via our contact form or email us at support@scandicchoice.com.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.
- Await Response: Our support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
Return Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is found to be defective/faulty.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% is charged for all returns. This fee covers the costs of handling returns, restocking, and any depreciation of the returned items.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please note that it may take varying amounts of time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Deductions: Restocking fees and return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Unclaimed Packages
- Fee for Unclaimed Packages: If a package is not picked up from the delivery point and is returned to us, we will charge a fee of 350 SEK to cover shipping, packing, and administrative costs.
- Customs and Duties: It is the consumer's responsibility to pay any taxes and customs duties. An order cannot be canceled or "returned to sender" unless these charges have been approved.
